Objective: To establish a full-thickness skin graft model of Wistar rats and introduce experimental methods to improve the success rate of skin graft surgery in Wistar rats.
Method: 12 blue Wistar rats, male, 3 months old, weighing 300-330g, skin preparation, weighing anesthesia, rat fixation and disinfection, full-thickness skin section cutting and trimming, and thick skin replantation throughout the experiment To prevent rat bites or scratches is to establish a full-thickness skin graft model.
Result: All 12 Wistar rats in this group survived with skin grafts on the lateral thorax without skin infection and necrosis. After the operation, the rats could eat normally and move freely, and no abnormal death occurred after 1-2 months of rearing.
Conclusion: The experimental method established in this experiment is simple and effective, and provides specific experimental methods for related research.
