  Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules on angiogenesis in liver cancer model rats and its possible mechanism.

  Methods: Wistar rats were divided into control group (control), model group (prepared by low-dose diethylnitrosamine (DEN) induction method), Zhenqi Fuzheng granule group (2.62 g/kg) and si-miR- 200c group (20 o'clock in the evening). , Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules + si-miR-200c group, 12 mice in each group, and continuous medication for 8 weeks in each group. HE staining to observe the pathological changes of rat liver tissue; enzyme-binding immunoassay to detect serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels; fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR method to detect miR- Expression of 200c in liver tissue; immunoblotting method to detect the expression of zinc finger protein (ZEb-2) and VEGF protein in liver tissue; ZEb-2, VEGF and an immunohistochemical method for detecting positive expression of microvessel density (MVD) .

  Result: Compared with the control group, the model group has higher levels of VEGF, ALT, and AST, and more liver tissue deformed necrotic cells. The expression of miR-200c in liver tissue decreased, and the expression of ZEB-2 and VEGF protein increased. The positive expression of ZEb-2, VEGF and MVD increased (Pu003c0.05). Compared with the model group, the Zhenqi Fuzheng granule group had lower levels of VEGF, ALT and AST, less cell deformation, higher differentiation of cancer cells, and increased expression of miR-200c. , ZEb-2 and VEGF protein expression decreased, and ZEb-2 expression decreased. The positive expression rate of VEGF and MVD decreased; the levels of VEGF, ALT, AST in the si-miR-200c group increased, the degree of cell carcinoma increased, the expression of miR-200c in liver tissue decreased, and the expression of ZEb-2 and VEGF protein increased. 2.   Conclusion: Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules can inhibit angioplasty in liver cancer model rats and reduce the development of cancer. This mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of miR-200c expression, which negatively regulates ZEb expression.
