Cardiovascular disease is the largest disease burden in the world. Ischemic heart disease seriously threatens people's physical and mental health, and the morbidity and mortality rates are still rising. Coronary artery bypass grafting is one of the treatment methods for ischemic heart disease. This article summarizes the establishment and application of venous bypass disease animal models, and provides new ideas for the establishment of disease animal models.
