It is effective in rebuilding the blood supply of the heart, but it faces the problem of insufficient long-term patency of grafted veins. Therefore, stable animal models can provide tools for the research and resolution of vein bypass graft diseases.

　　This article summarizes the establishment and application of venous bypass disease animal models, and provides new ideas for the establishment of disease animal models.
