　　Objective: To improve the preparation method of mouse bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.

　　Method: The animals were divided into three groups. The first and second groups were treated with conventional methods: intravenous placement and bronchoalveolar lavage of the entire lungs of the mice. The third group adopts an improved method: bronchoalveolar lavage is the lungs. Each animal is washed 3 times, 0.5 mL each time, and timed. Centrifuge the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, separate the supernatant and accurately measure its volume.

　　Result: Comparing the collection time of lavage fluid, each mouse in the first and second groups took about 10 minutes, and each mouse in the third group took about 4 minutes, the difference was significant (Pu003c0.05). In the measurement of the amount of alveolar lavage fluid, the third group is more than the first and second groups, and the difference is significant (Pu003c0.05).

　　Conclusion: The improved method can collect bronchoalveolar lavage fluid conveniently, economically and efficiently, and is especially suitable for beginners.
