【Animal Modeling】-Determination of Microbial Diversity of Common Cotton-eared Marmoset Manure Based on High-throughput Sequencing Technology

Purpose: Do you want to apply high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the structure and composition of common cotton-eared marmoset fecal flora, laying a foundation for the further development and utilization of new experimental animals?

Method: Collect 4 adult male cotton ear marmosets and bacteria and use 16SRNA universal primers to amplify the V3 to V4 region. Ordinary cotton use the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform to study the fecal microorganisms of ear marmosets?

Result: Does the sequence give you a total of 315,511 valid sequences and 596 OTUs? Bacteria in the feces of normal cotton-eared marmosets? A total of 9 species, 14 classes, 26 orders, 50 families, 82 genera, 64 species and 226 OTUs were identified in the flora. 1) The dominant flora are Bacteroides and Firmicutes, with an average content of 54.52-25.39? 2) The most abundant species are Bacteroides and Negative bacteria, with an average content of 54.5 17? 3) Lactobacillus (Lactobacillus and Bacteroides have the highest content, 50.01-20.52?4) Protobacteraceae and Bifidobacteriaceae have the highest content, with an average content of 43.14, 11.33? 5) Bifidobacteria and Bacteroides are abundant The average content is 11.33~11.12? 6) Bifidobacteria are rich in beneficial bacteria, do the test samples contain all of them? 7) Are the top 10 most abundant species divided into 7 families? 5 classes? These 10 species accounted for 33.16? The remaining 53 species accounted for only 0.74. No other strains were found, their relative abundance is still high, so further research is needed? 8) PICRUSt function prediction analysis: amino acid transport and other metabolic functions and protein translation? Is the information processing function of folding genes more abundant?

Conclusion: High-throughput sequencing technology is used to comprehensively detect the fecal flora of common cotton ear marmosets. The composition of the common cotton-eared marmoset is rich in bacteria, as well as relatively abundant unclassified and unidentified bacteria. Need more research?
