【Animal Modeling】-hTIM4-EGFP Mouse Blood Physiological and Biochemical Index Determination

Objective: To determine the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of self-built transgenic mice hTIM4-EGFP.

Method: Statistical method: Measure 22 blood physiological indexes and 12 blood biochemical indexes of 8 12-week-old female and 10 male littermates and transgenic hTIM4-EGFP mice, respectively, and conduct group analysis according to differences.

Results: There are 10 physiological indexes in the transgenic group and the wild group (WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCH, RDW, PLT, NEUT, LYM? NEUT? and 4 biochemical indexes (ALT), AST, TG, P). The MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, PLT, NEUT, NEUT?ALP, CHO indicators of the transgenic group are different between men and women. In the control group, there are differences between men and women in indicators such as RBC, HCT, MCV, LYM, NEUT, LYM?NEUT?AST, ALT, and P.

Conclusion: Some blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Tim4 knock-in C57BL/6 humanized mice are different from those of wild type. This decision provides basic data for the research and application of hTIM4-EGFP mice.
