Purpose: Collect dead inflammatory tissues of red-tailed monkeys for pathogen isolation, culture, identification, drug susceptibility testing, pathogen and drug susceptibility confirmation, and to guide disease diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and clinical medication.
Method: The dead monkeys were dissected in a dissecting cabinet, and gross lesions and normal lung tissues were collected respectively. Lung slices were sampled in a sterile loop, cultured in SS agar medium, inoculated with bacteria and cultured for 24 hours. Conduct biochemical identification and eight drug susceptibility tests.
Result: The colony is white or milky white, round, moist and opaque. Further isolate and cultivate. After biochemical identification, the Mérieux microorganism is Enterobacter cloacae. ID card: 99.9? T. : 0.71, ID code: 35074753311; bacteria show moderate sensitivity to ampicillin and cefuroxime. Cefotaxime. Animal studies have shown that the isolate is pathogenic to experimental mice.
Conclusion: Drugs that cause lung infection in rhesus monkeys, such as Enterobacter cloacae, cefoperazone, cefotaxime, etc., can be used as clinical treatment drugs.
