【Animal Modeling】-Guanxinning Tablet Protects Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

Objective: To observe the effects of Guanxinning Tablets (GXNT) on myocardial infarction and cardiac autonomic nerve function in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MI/RI).

Methods: 70 SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: sham operation group, MI/RI group, GXNT75mg/kg, 150mg/kg, 300mg/kg, 600mg/kg administration group, 300mg divided into/.kg compound Danshen tablets (DST) group, each group has 10 tablets. All rats were given preventive oral gastrointestinal nutrition for 7 days, and the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to establish an MI/RI rat model. During this period, the rat's electrocardiogram was recorded, the electrocardiogram J point and heart rate variability (HRV) were analyzed, and the myocardium was double-stained with Evans blue (EB) and 2,3,5-chlorotriphenyltetrazolium blue (TTC). ). The myocardial infarction area and HE staining were used to observe the pathological changes of the myocardium, and the plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) levels were measured.

Results: Compared with the MI/RI group, the combination of Guanxinning tablet group and Danshen tablet can significantly reduce the area of myocardial infarction and inhibit the increase of LDH and CK activity (Pu003c0.05, Pu003c0.05). 01), ∑-J value and J point average (Pu003c0.05, Pu003c0.01), HRV and plasma NO levels reduced rats relapsed during perfusion, and significantly increased plasma MDA content. 05, Pu003c0.01) Improve myocardial tissue pathology.

Conclusion: Guanxinning tablets can alleviate myocardial infarction in MI/RI rats and improve cardiac autonomic nerve function.
