[Animal modeling]-Expression and regulation of PCOS susceptibility gene Hmga2 in mouse decidualization

Objective: To study the expression and regulation of PCOS susceptibility gene Hmga2 in endometrial receptivity and decidualization.

Method: Through experiments such as early pregnancy, delayed implantation and activation, artificial decidua, ovarian steroid hormone therapy, qPCR and Western blotting techniques are used to explain the role of Hmga2 in endometrial receptivity.

Result: As pregnancy began to increase, the expression of Hmga2 at implantation points was significantly higher than that at non-implantation points. The expression of embryo activation group was significantly higher than that of delayed implantation group. , The expression of artificially induced decidualization and non-decidualization Hmga2 increased significantly. The expression of Hmga2 is positively correlated with estrogen and progesterone, and is regulated by estrogen and progesterone in the body.

Conclusion: The expression of Hmga2 is closely related to the embryo implantation process of early pregnancy in mice, participates in the process of endometrial decidualization, and activates blastocysts and steroid hormones.
