Objective: To study the consistency and correlation of micro-CT, aortic cannulation, and echocardiography in the measurement of left ventricular function parameters, and to evaluate the value of micro-CT in the evaluation of left ventricular function.
Methods: 10 pairs of normal and heart failure rats were examined by micro-CT, aortic intubation, and ultrasound, and left ventricular function parameters (end-systolic volume, end-diastolic volume) and ejection score were measured using cardiac function analysis software . Compare the results of micro-CT with the results of aortic cannulation and echocardiography.
Results: 10 results are from a rat experiment. Micro-CT, aortic cannulation and echocardiography are closely related to left ventricular function parameters.
Conclusion: Micro-CT can be used to assess left ventricular function and is a feasible solution to accurately measure ventricular function.
