　　Objective: To observe the effect of long-term administration of Formicon vaginal suppository on blood physiology and biochemistry in rabbits, and to provide scientific basis for clinical safe administration.

　　Method: Fumikang vaginal suppository extract powder was administered vaginally at doses of 8.586, 2.856, 0.952g/kg body weight, once a day for 6 consecutive months, and blood physiological and biochemical indicators were checked.

　　Results: After taking Fumekang vaginal suppository for 6 months, the free red blood cell count, hemoglobin content and hematocrit value of Fumekang vaginal suppository powder 8.568 g/kg group were significantly higher than those of the vehicle control group (P0.05) . Six months after administration and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, there was no significant effect on the blood biochemical indexes of each group.

　　Conclusion: 2. Long-term use of 2.856g/kg Fumekang vaginal suppository has no effect on the blood physiology and biochemistry of rabbits. The safe dose of Fumekang vaginal suppository is 2.856g/kg? Next, the recommendation is 20 times. The planned dose for clinical adults (adults are calculated at a weight of 60 kg).
