Due to the widespread use of ultrasound and other visual aids, local anesthesia is becoming more and more popular among clinical anesthesia workers. However, in the basic and clinical research of local anesthesia, due to the lack of reliable and stable animal models of local anesthesia, the corresponding research progress is slow. In addition, animal surgical anesthesia and analgesia also need to seek better local anesthesia. In recent years, with the help of new visualization tools, great progress has been made in establishing local anesthesia animal models.
