【Animal Modeling】-Study the effect of Hemorrhoid Magnetizing Ointment on mice model of hemorrhoids

Objective: To study the protective effect of hemorrhoids magnetic ointment on mice model of hemorrhoids induced by acetic acid.

Methods: Forty SPF-class ICR mice were divided into normal group (10) and model group (30). The model group was built with 20% acetic acid to establish a hemorrhoid model. After 24 hours of successful modelling, the model group was divided into model group. , Hemorrhoids magnetic ointment group and Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoids ointment group, and corresponding treatment. Perianal score was performed 11 days after treatment, CBA kit was used to detect peripheral blood IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α levels, Griess kit was used to detect peripheral blood nitric oxide (NO) content, and hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining evaluation The pathological changes of rectal tissue.

Results: Compared with the normal group, the perianal score of the model group was significantly increased, the pathological damage of the rectal tissue was serious, and the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and NO in the peripheral blood were significantly increased; compared with the model group, each treatment The perianal score of the drug group was significantly reduced, the pathological damage of rectal tissue was significantly improved, and the levels of peripheral blood L-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and NO were significantly suppressed.

Conclusion: Hemorrhoids Magnetizing Ointment has a good therapeutic effect on mice hemorrhoids model, and this therapeutic effect is closely related to the regulation of the level of inflammation in the body.
