Objective To determine the biological characteristics of self-bred hACE2-KI/NIFDC transgenic mice.
Methods The 11 organ coefficients, 22 blood physiological indexes and 13 blood biochemical indexes of 10 female hACE2-KI/NIFDC mice of 4 weeks old and 8 weeks old were measured respectively, and the differences between groups were analyzed by statistical methods.
Results The five organ coefficients (spleen, lung, thymus, left kidney, right kidney, P<0.01) and three blood physiological indexes (MCV, MCH, EOS, P<0.05) of the 4-week-old group were higher than those of the 8-week-old group Group, 5 indicators (MON%, ALP, P<0.05; heart organ coefficient, AST, P, P<0.01) were lower than those in the 8-week-old group.
Conclusion The determination of the biological characteristics of hACE2-KI/NIFDC mice provides basic data for its application research.
