【Animal Modeling】-BAMBI Differential Expression in Different Types of Adipose Tissue Development and Adipocyte Differentiation in Mice

OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of BAMBI gene in the development of different fat tissues in mice.

Methods: RT-qPCR and Western blot techniques were used to detect the BAMBI gene in different types of adipose tissues, different developmental stages (embryo 18th day, birth day 0, 21st day, 8th week and 6th month) and original Differential expression of preadipocytes during the differentiation process (days 0, 3, 7, and 11 of differentiation).

Results: With the development of adipose tissue, the expression of BAMBI mRNA and protein gradually decreased; during the same period of development, the expression of BAMBI mRNA in visceral white adipose tissue was higher than that of subcutaneous white adipose tissue, and the expression amount of BAMBI mRNA was the lowest in brown adipose tissue. ; In the process of induced differentiation of mouse preadipocytes, the expression of BAMBI mRNA decreased in a time-dependent manner.

Conclusion: It is suggested that the differential expression of BAMBI is closely related to the type of adipose tissue, the developmental stage and the degree of differentiation of adipose cells, and it plays an important role in the development of adipose tissue.
