Purpose: Reduce the temperature of waste steam and waste water discharged from the high-pressure steam sterilizer through a heat exchanger, so that it can be discharged in the PVC pipe, and recover the heat energy in the discharged waste steam and waste water to reduce environmental pollution caused by the discharge of waste steam.
Method: By using heat exchanger elements, high-efficiency heat exchange is performed on the discharged high-temperature gas and liquid. And by arranging temperature sensors at key control nodes, the temperature during the exchange process is precisely controlled.
Result: After the sterilizer stops working, the steam discharge temperature is reduced to 15℃, and the water temperature is also reduced after the heat exchange. In the effective heat recovery process, the heat recovery efficiency reaches 72%.
Conclusion: Solve the problem of high-temperature gas discharge and air pollution caused by high-temperature autoclave, and realize energy saving and emission reduction.
