【Animal Modeling】-Expression of protein 4.1 family in mouse melanoma cells and its effect on cell proliferation

Objective: To screen the expression of protein 4.1 family in mouse melanoma cells, and to explore the effect of protein 4.1 on the proliferation of mouse melanoma cells.

Methods: Using MEF, B16, B16-F10 cell genomic RNA and total protein as templates, PCR and Western blot were used to screen the expression of protein 4.1 in mouse melanoma cells; the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1- was constructed by molecular cloning EPB41L3 was transfected into melanoma cells; the proliferation changes of B16 and B16-F10 cells were detected after the expression of protein 4.1B.

Result: The expression of protein 4.1B was absent in melanoma cells; the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1-EPB41L3 successfully constructed by transfection found that the proliferation of melanoma cells expressing protein 4.1B was significantly inhibited.

Conclusion: Transfecting the expression protein 4.1B with the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1-EPB41L3 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of B16 and B16-F10 melanoma cells.
