The experimental animals were fed with medicated feed every morning and vibrated on the oscillator of the fatigue device (vibrating 243 times/min, amplitude 36mm) every morning from 8:00 to 12:00 for 4 hours, and the modeling period was 21 days. Observe the appearance of rats, feces, weight, food intake, urination and defecation, etc., and blood can be taken to determine the content of red blood cell C3b receptor, IgG, IgM; spleen is taken to determine T cell subsets, TL22 activity, NK activity, lymphocytes Conversion rates.
(2) Establishing an animal model of spleen-qi deficiency using overwork and senna
Reproduction method Kunming mice weighing 20~30g were selected, and the model was established with senna medicine combined with swimming exercise. Perform swimming training once a day for 2 to 5 minutes, with the body sinking as the degree, and apply 100% senna decoction 0.5ml/piece. On the 4th day of modeling, the experimental animals appeared squinted, lazy, bunched up, lined with soft stools, hairy and dull, and showed obvious timidity. They were sacrificed on the 8th day of modeling, and blood was taken to determine the content of red blood cell C3b receptor, IgG, and IgM; the spleen was taken to determine T cell subsets, TL-2 activity, NK activity, and lymphocyte transformation rate.
(3) Characteristics of the model On the basis of diarrhea, the animals are subjected to exercise load to reduce the function of the internal organs, imbalance and lack of sperm and blood, which are the characteristics of the animal model of exercise fatigue in traditional Chinese medicine. In the above two models, the apparent decline of animal appearance and immunological indicators indicates that the animal has spleen-qi deficiency.
