Objective: To study whether acupuncture for separation of Danhong injection has protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
Methods: The middle cerebral artery cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established by the middle cerebral artery occlusion method (MCAO). After 2 hours of ischemia, the thread was pulled out to complete the reperfusion. Danhong injection 2 mL/kg, and acupuncture at Baihui and Zusanli, once a day, for 3 consecutive days, and after 72 hours, Zea-Longa 5-level 4-point scoring method was used to score neurological function, and TTC staining method was used to determine the neurological function. The area of cerebral infarction, the protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the ischemic lateral cerebral cortex was detected by Western blot.
Results: Compared with the model and the Danhong injection group alone, after acupuncture and Danhong injection alone, the neurological deficits of the rats were significantly reduced, the area of cerebral infarction was reduced, the protein expression of Bcl-2 was increased, and the expression of Bax protein was decreased. .
Conclusion: Acupuncture-separated Danhong injection has more obvious maintenance effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats than Danhong injection alone.
