　　OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Compound Ejiao paste on the endometrium of mice.

　　Methods: Female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely sham operation group, sham operation traditional Chinese medicine group, castration group and castration traditional Chinese medicine group, sham operation traditional Chinese medicine group and castration traditional Chinese medicine group, which were treated with Compound Ejiao by gavage respectively. HE staining, immunohistochemistry, and western blotting were used to analyze the effect of Compound Ejiao paste on the endometrium of mice.

　　Results: Compared with the sham-operated group, the uterus of the sham-operated Chinese medicine group was enlarged, the endometrium was thickened, the number of glands increased, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A) in the endometrium There was no significant difference between the castration group and the castration group.

　　Conclusion: Compound Ejiao can promote the growth of endometrial and improve endometrial receptivity in mice in the sham operation group, and its mechanism of action may be indirectly acting on the uterus by regulating ovarian function.
