Objective: To investigate the effect of intraperitoneal injection of human tumor HepG2 cells on fetal mouse growth and development in pregnant mice.
Methods: Pregnant mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The cell injection group was intraperitoneally injected with different concentrations of HepG2 cell suspension on the 14th day of gestation, and the sham operation group and the control group were set up. The developmental indicators of the offspring mice were evaluated, and the adult mice were selected to dissect and observe the liver, lung, kidney and other major organs for malformation and lesions. Pathological changes of the device.
RESULTS: Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the body weight and growth and development indexes of the offspring mice in the intraperitoneal cell injection groups of fetal mice in utero.
Conclusion: The intraperitoneal injection of human tumor HepG2 cells into fetal mice in utero does not affect the development of fetal mice.
