Objective: To construct HeLa and A549 cell lines with lentivirus-mediated knockdown of Smurf1 stably and to examine the effect of knockdown of Smurf1 on cell migration.
Methods: HeLa and A549 cells were infected with the packaged Smurf1 knockdown lentivirus. After 7 days, positive cells were screened for puromycin resistance. The knockdown effect was detected by Western blot and qPCR, and the effect of Smurf1 knockdown on cell migration was detected by Transwell. influence.
RESULTS: HeLa and A549 cell lines with stable knockdown of Smurf1 were successfully constructed by using the interfering lentivirus system, and the stable knockdown of Smurf1 inhibited the migration rate of cells.
Conclusion: Knockdown of Smurf1 inhibits cell migration.
