OBJECTIVE: To study the expression changes of NF-κB in hepatocytes of rats with welfare injury induced by immobilization.
Methods: Select ±170 g SD rats, half male and half male, and use braking to cause damage to their welfare, record body weight gain and feed consumption during the experiment, and then detect the rat liver by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blotting respectively. The mRNA amount and protein expression level of NF-κB p65 in cells.
RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the body weight gain and feed energy consumption ratio of the rats in the immobilization group were decreased, and the difference was extremely significant (P<0.01). Significantly increased, and the difference was also extremely significant (P<0.01). The mRNA and protein expression levels of NF-κB p65 in male rats in the braking group were significantly higher than those in females (P<0.05), but="" there="" was="" no="" difference="" between="" males="" and="" females="" in="" the="" control="" group="" p="">0.05).
Conclusion: When the welfare of rats is damaged, the expression level of NF-κB in hepatocytes is greatly increased, suggesting that there is a certain relationship between the two, indicating that NF-κB is involved in the process of rat welfare injury.
