Purpose: To reduce the temperature of the waste steam and wastewater discharged from the high pressure steam sterilizer through the heat exchanger, so that it can be discharged in the PVC pipeline, and the heat energy in the discharged waste steam and wastewater can be recovered and utilized, so as to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the discharge of waste steam.
Method: By adopting heat exchanger elements, high-efficiency heat exchange is performed on the discharged high-temperature gas and liquid. And by arranging temperature sensors at key control nodes, the temperature during the exchange process is precisely controlled.
Result: After the sterilizer stopped working, the steam discharge temperature decreased to 15℃, and the water temperature also decreased after heat exchange. During the effective heat recovery process, the heat recovery efficiency reached 72%.
Conclusion: Solve the problem of high temperature gas emission and air pollution caused by high temperature and high pressure sterilizer, and realize energy saving and emission reduction.
