【Animal Modeling】-Behavioral Detection and Analysis of Rncat Mice with Congenital Cataract

Objective: To detect and analyze the behavioral changes of Rncat mice with congenital cataract.

Methods: Normal BALB/c mice and KM mice were used as the control group, and inbreeding and random-mating congenital cataract Rncat mice were used as the experimental group. , forced swimming experiment, tail suspension experiment).

RESULTS: Compared with inbred Rncat congenital cataract mice, BALB/c mice, random-mated congenital cataract Rncat mice, and KM mice had open field test dwell time, forced swimming and immobility in tail suspension test. The time difference is significant.

Conclusion: Compared with other mice, the behavioral test results of congenital cataract Rncat mice are different, which can provide reference for experimenters.
