The results of the positioning navigation experiment showed that the escape latency of the wheat straw group on the 5th day was significantly lower than that of the other three groups (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in other time periods. The swimming time was more than the other three groups.

  Conclusion Different bedding materials have little effect on the body weight of KM mice in the water maze experiment. The effect of wheat straw bedding on the learning and memory ability of KM mice is better than that of shavings bedding and corncob bedding.
