Objective: To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticles on blood biochemistry and lipid metabolism in obese rats with hyperlipidemia.
Methods: 40 clean-grade male SD rats were induced by high-fat diet for 8 weeks to establish a model of obesity with hyperlipidemia. The model rats were randomly divided into model control group (Model), aerobic exercise group (MS), Dan Skin phenol PLGA nanoparticles group (MP) and aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticles group (SP), 8 rats in each group, were continuously intervened for 6 weeks and their body weights were measured; The content of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in mouse serum was analyzed and the liver coefficient was calculated; ) content was detected, and abdominal fat was sampled for HE staining analysis.
Results: Compared with the model control group, the body weight, blood biochemical parameters, liver coefficient, lipase and liver lipase contents of the MS group, MP group and SP group were improved compared with the model control group, and the effect of the SP intervention group was the best, which was comparable to the model group. Compared with the control group, there was a statistical difference (P<0.01), but there was no statistical difference between MS and MP. The statistical results of abdominal fat pathological sections showed that the abdominal fat cells in the SP intervention group were smaller and had the largest number under the same visual field.
Conclusion: Aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticle intervention can significantly improve obesity with lipid metabolism disorder induced by high-fat diet, reduce liver index, and effectively regulate lipid metabolism to alleviate fat accumulation.
