OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of the blood extract of Feilongzhi on inflammatory factors in hyperlipidemia rats with myocardial ischemia, and to preliminarily explore the mechanism of TAE on cardiovascular protection.
Methods: SD male rats were taken and fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to induce hyperlipidemia. They were randomly divided into control group, model group, simvastatin group, TAE high-dose and low-dose groups, and continued to be fed for 4 weeks at the end of the experiment. Three subcutaneous injections of isoprenaline hydrochloride (Iso) before 72 hours to induce hyperlipidemia myocardial ischemia model. At the end of 8th week, the rat electrocardiogram, heart, liver, fat index, and serum total cholesterol were detected. TC), triglyceride (triglyceride, TG), high density lipoprotein (high density lipoprotein, HDL), low density lipoprotein (low density lipoprotein, LDL) and inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-α (tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α), interferon-γ (interferon-γ, INF-γ), interleukin-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6), interleukin-10 (interleukin-10, IL-10) content, myocardial tissue pathological observation .
RESULTS: TAE could improve the ECG changes in rats with myocardial ischemia caused by Iso, inhibit the heart, liver and fat index, reduce serum TC?TG?LDL content, increase serum HDL content, decrease serum TNF-α?INF-γ?IL -6 level, increased serum IL-10 content (P < 0.05), improved myocardial tissue pathological damage.
Conclusion: The blood extract of Feilongzhi may play its role in protecting cardiovascular by regulating the balance of anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory factors, reducing the level of blood lipids.
