OBJECTIVE: To compare the four-item (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) detection results of hemagglutination reagents from two different manufacturers, imported and domestic, on experimental animals SD rats and humans, and to observe whether there is any difference between them.
METHODS: SPF SD rat and human blood coagulation specimens were selected, and two different brands of domestic and imported hemagglutination reagents were used to detect the four indexes of PT, APTT, TT and FIB blood coagulation.
Results: There were differences in the detection results of the four indexes of rat hemagglutination by two different brands of hemagglutination reagents, and the detection results of rat hemagglutination indexes PT, APTT, FIB domestic reagents were higher than those of imported reagents (P<0.05); The coagulation index of TT imported reagents was higher than that of domestic reagents (P<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in human blood coagulation samples.
Conclusion: There may be differences in the results of the four items of hemagglutination (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) in SD rats detected by hemagglutination reagents of different manufacturers and brands, and each laboratory should establish corresponding background data according to their needs.
