　　Objective To analyze the stability of peptidase-3 samples, understand the storage conditions and transportation conditions of the samples, and then take appropriate measures to ensure that the quality of proficiency testing samples always meets the requirements of proficiency testing activities.

　　Methods The samples were prepared according to the national standard GB/T 14927.1-2008, and set -20℃, 4℃, room temperature and 37℃ as 4 temperature inspection points, and set 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d.5d, 6d, 7d , 14d and 28d are 9 time inspection points for stability inspection.

　　Results The peptidase-3 samples could only be stored stably for 1 day at 37°C, and could be stored stably for 28 days at 4°C, room temperature and -20°C.

　　Conclusion During the implementation of this project, it is necessary to strictly control the storage conditions and transportation conditions of peptidase-3 samples.
