　　Methods: Select 20 Tlr4 knockout mice and 20 KM mice, half male and half female, measure the body weight, body length and the growth rate of the mice from the 4th to 12th week, and randomly select 20 cages, one in each cage. 　　Results: The body weight and growth rate of Tlr4 knockout mice were significantly smaller than those of KM mice, P < 0.05; there was no significant difference in body length and growth rate between the two mice at the 4th and 5th week, P > 0.05, at other times The body length and growth rate of Tlr4 knockout mice were significantly smaller than those of KM mice, P < 0.05; the reproductive capacity of Tlr4 knockout mice was significantly smaller than that of KM mice, P < 0.05.

　　Conclusion: Tlr4 gene knockout has certain effects on the growth, development and reproduction of mice.
