Objective: To compare and analyze the blood physiological and biochemical indicators of normal Bama miniature pigs and F5 individuals of hyperglycemic families.
Methods: The fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, insulin, glucagon, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index, blood physiological indexes and blood biochemical indexes of normal Bama miniature pigs and F5 generation individuals of hyperglycemic families were detected, and intravenous glucose was measured. Endurance test.
Results: The fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index in the hyperglycemic family group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05). In the blood physiology and biochemical tests, the cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the hyperglycemic family group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05). The other indicators did not differ significantly.
CONCLUSION: The F5 generation individuals of the hyperglycemic family of Bama miniature pigs showed high blood sugar level and abnormal lipid metabolism.
