Objective: To investigate whether CD4+ T cells have the ability to secrete exosomes, and the possibility of CD4+ T cell exosomes participating in inflammation and tumor immune processes.
Methods: The spleen of the mouse was removed by the method of cervical dislocation, and the CD4+ T cells were separated from the mouse spleen cells by the magnetic bead sorting method, and the extracellular content of CD4+ T cells was extracted from the supernatant of the culture medium. The exosomes were observed under transmission electron microscope, and then the expression of miR-23a and miR-214 was analyzed by PCR technology.
RESULTS: The extracted CD4+ T cell exosomes could be observed under transmission electron microscope, and the two inflammations and tumors, miR-23a and miR-214, in mouse CD4+ T cell exosomes could be detected by PCR. expression of related miRNAs.
Conclusion: Mouse CD4+ T cells have the ability to secrete exosomes, which provides the possibility for CD4+ T cell exosomes to participate in inflammation and tumor-related processes.
