Objective: In order to improve the background data of congenital cataract rats, the blood pressure, body weight and body temperature of the rats were measured, and the correlation was analyzed.
Methods: A total of 30 normal palpebral fissure cataract rats, ommatidial cataract rats and normal control SD rats of three body weight segments were selected, half male and half male, and the experiment was carried out with a multi-channel physiological signal acquisition system.
Results: There was no statistical significance between the blood pressure of male and female rats in three weight groups (P > 0.05), but with the increase of body weight, the relationship between blood pressure and body weight gradually formed a correlation; Blood pressure was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The body temperature of male and female rats in each body weight was statistically significant (P < 0.01), and the body temperature of males was lower than that of females.
Conclusion: The changes of blood pressure, body weight and body temperature in cataract rats are in line with the physiological characteristics of rats, which provides a theoretical basis for the use of the rats in the future.
