  Methods Twenty-four Beagle dogs, half male and half female, were randomly divided into low-dose (2.5 mL stock solution/kg), medium-dose (5.0 mL stock solution/kg), and high-dose (10.0 mL stock solution/kg) Tanreqing injection groups according to body weight. and the solvent control group, 6 in each group; under anesthesia, the right forelimb medial subcutaneous cephalic vein was injected by bolus.   Results There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, electrocardiogram and respiratory rate of Beagle dogs between each dose group of Tanreqing injection and the solvent control group at the same time point and before self-administration (P>0.05). ), there were statistically significant differences in diastolic blood pressure and heart rate at individual time points (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but no significant dose or time-effect relationship was found.
