Fern Ma pig, also known as cooperative pig and mountain pig, is a small, excellent and unique local pig breed cultivated by the local Tibetan people in Gannan in a harsh natural environment at an altitude of about 3000 m in a free-range manner [1]. Fern hemp miniature pigs have a docile temperament, which is conducive to grasping Baoding [2].
Although fern-ma small pigs have been artificially domesticated, they still have a certain aggressiveness. In animal experiments, ketamine and tylazine are often used after compound anesthesia for restraint and measurement of various data, such as blood pressure measurement and electrocardiogram measurement. At present, there are few relevant literatures on the effect of anesthesia on blood pressure and pulse of Pteroma miniature pigs. This experiment measured the blood pressure and pulse data before and after anesthesia in Pterima miniature pigs, and analyzed whether there were differences in blood pressure and pulse in the two states, which could provide a reference for future animal experiments related to Pterima miniature pigs.

1.1 Test material
1.1.1 Experimental Animals 12 Fern Ma miniature pigs, 300-360 days old, weighing 20-30 kg, half male and half male, purchased from Guangzhou Feed Research Institute, experimental animal license number: SCXK (Guangdong) 2015-0036. This experiment was approved by the Laboratory Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Laboratory Animal Monitoring, and the IACUC number is: IACUC2016011. The animals were kept in the Guangdong Provincial Laboratory Animal Monitoring Institute in accordance with the management requirements of AAALAC, and the license number: SYXK (Guangdong) 2012-0122.

3 Conclusion and discussion
Miniature pigs can be used to construct hyperlipidemia model, atherosclerosis model, acute myocardial infarction model caused by acute and chronic myocardial ischemia, heart failure model, cardiac arrest model, myocardial metabolism assessment after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other cardiovascular disease models. Miniature pigs are highly similar to humans in cardiovascular system anatomy and biological behavior, and will play an increasingly important role in future cardiovascular disease research [3].
Different anesthesia methods and different measurement sites will affect the blood pressure of animals[4-6]. Ketamine is an ideal short-acting anesthetic [7-8], but alone has effects on animal circulation, such as increased blood pressure and increased heart rate [9-10]. Tilazine is an α2 receptor agonist, which has a direct inhibitory effect on the central nervous system, and has analgesic and muscle relaxant effects. The effect of anesthesia with ketamine or silazine alone is not satisfactory, while the combined anesthesia with silazine and ketamine has fast onset, long duration, good analgesic effect, and less impact on pulse and blood pressure. . The results of this experiment also verified that the combined anesthesia of thiazide and ketamine had little effect on the pulse and blood pressure of animals.
1.2 Test method
1.2.1 Measurement method of blood pressure and pulse of Fernma miniature pigs in the awake state. In the awake state, the Fernma miniature pigs are restrained on the four-hole restraint frame, and the limbs hang under the holes. After the Fernma miniature pigs are quiet, the veterinary monitor The inflatable bag is placed on the left forelimb of the fernma miniature pig to be tested. After the machine is turned on, the blood pressure is measured continuously for at least 4 times. Blood pressure values within 20 mmHg, including systolic, diastolic, mean arterial pressure, and pulse.
1.2.2 The blood pressure and pulse measurement method of Phenma miniature pigs under anesthesia Using ketamine hydrochloride injection at the dose of 10 mg/kg.bw and 1 mg/kg.bw mixed solution of thiazide injection to the ears of Phenma miniature pigs After the injection of the posterior root and neck, after 3-5 minutes of complete anesthesia, the fernma miniature pig is placed on the four-hole restraint frame, the limbs hang under the hole, and the monitor inflatable bag is placed on the left forelimb of the pig to be tested. When measuring blood pressure more than 4 times, it is required that the difference of MAP between the 4 times of blood pressure is within 20 mmHg, and then the blood pressure value that is within 20 mmHg of each other is selected, including systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and pulse.
1.3 Data processing
Statistical analysis was performed on the measured data with EXCEL software, expressed as mean ± standard deviation, and t-test was used for statistical analysis.
2 Results and analysis
The measured values of blood pressure and pulse in the awake state and after anesthesia of the fernma miniature pigs are shown in Table 1 and Table 2. The results of this experiment showed that the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and pulse of 12 small pigs of Pteridophyta rose or decreased after combined anesthesia with ketamine and thiazide, but the changes were not obvious. The blood pressure of pigs before and after anesthesia was analyzed, and anesthesia had no obvious effect on the blood pressure (including systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure) and pulse of Pterima minipigs.
