Objective: To understand the efficacy and pain mechanism of drug therapy in mice with adenomyosis.
Methods: Modeling by tamoxifen method. After treatment with different drugs, the estrous cycle of mice was monitored, and the levels of 5-HT, GnRH-R, NGF and NF were detected.
RESULTS: The level of 5-HT in the control group was significantly higher than that in the model group. The expressions of GnRH-R and NGF in normal and eutopic intima were significantly lower than those in ectopic intima. The expression of NF in normal intima was significantly lower than that in eutopic and ectopic intima.
Conclusion: Similar to full-dose Finaton, half-dose Finaton can slow down the progression of adenomyosis, but has no significant effect on the estrous cycle. The use of Diane-35 after the full dose of Enaton can consolidate the curative effect. 5-HT may play a role in the pain mechanism of adenomyosis.
