Objective: To establish a mouse model of endometriosis, and to observe the effect of endometriosis on the pregnancy ability of the model mice.
Methods: The endometriosis mouse model was established by "peritoneal + subcutaneous" allogeneic endometrial injection. Compared with the sham operation group and the blank group, the pregnancy rate and live birth rate were observed, and the endometriosis rate was observed. The effect of the disease on the pregnancy ability of model mice.
RESULTS: After 2 weeks of modeling, endometriosis lesions were seen in the subcutaneous and abdominal cavity of mice, model group, sham operation group and blank group, a total of three groups. Through the test of reproductive function, there was significant difference in pregnancy rate among the three groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the number of live births among the three groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The endometriosis mouse model was successfully established, and it was confirmed that endometriosis could affect the reproductive function of the model mice.
