【Animal Modeling】-Study on Autoimmune Premature Ovarian Failure Model

Objective In order to better establish an autologous premature ovarian failure model, different modeling time and adjuvant were used to observe the related factors of ZP3-induced immune premature ovarian failure model.

Methods B6AF1 mice with normal estrous cycle were randomly divided into normal group, model A group, model B group, model C group and model D group. After modeling, the serum of the mice was taken to detect sex hormones, and the ovaries were taken to observe the pathological changes, the changes of the zona pellucida and the apoptosis of granulosa cells.

Results Except the model group A, the other three groups all showed the phenomenon of estrous cycle disorder, high gonadotropin and low estrogen, increased atresia follicles, obvious zona pellucida, and increased ovarian apoptotic cells. Changes in the number of atretic follicles, ovarian apoptotic cells and zona pellucida were more pronounced in group D.

Conclusion ZP3 induction can cause premature ovarian failure of immune type, and the two groups of three immunizations have better modeling effect, and the modeling rate is 80%, which can be used as a reference for future modeling.
