【Animal Modeling】-Application analysis of chloasma animal model based on data mining

Objective To analyze the application status of chloasma animal models, to lay a solid foundation for animal experiments for discussing the theoretical knowledge of chloasma, exploring new treatments, and developing new drugs, and to improve the scientificity, rigor and safety of the treatment of chloasma.

Methods With the theme of "Chloasma", the experimental research literature on chloasma in CNKI, Wanfang Database and VIP database was retrieved, and the time ranges were "1960-2019, 1990-2019, 1979-2019" respectively. Summarize and analyze the application of animal models and the detection of relevant indicators in the literature.

Results A total of 104 experimental research papers were screened out. Female KM mice were the most common to replicate the chloasma animal model, and the most common modeling method was ultraviolet irradiation. The most common modeling time was 30 days, and the shortest was no less than 7 days. The drug time is mostly distributed in 28~31d. In the measurement of indicators, it can be divided into apparent indicators, biochemical indicators and pathological indicators.

Conclusion At present, the experimental research and theoretical discussion on chloasma is seriously out of balance with the current situation of chloasma, and animal experimental research should be increased. The establishment of compound animal models and animal models with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine is an important development direction in the future. In addition, the research on the mechanism of drug action is limited to the imbalance of oxidation and anti-oxidation in the body and on the body, ignoring the related factors such as endocrine disorders. In the treatment of melasma, whether the overall and local curative effects can be exerted by regulating the NEI network in vivo and on the body surface may be an important research direction in the future, and it is worthy of further in-depth discussion.
