Objective To analyze the modeling elements of asthma animal models, and to provide methodological reference for improving the success rate of modeling and evaluating the tested drugs effectively.
Methods With asthma and animal models as the subject words, relevant journals and literatures of CNKI (January 2009 to August 2019) were searched, and the types of experimental animals, stimulation methods, sensitization methods, detection indicators, etc. were collected, and a database was established for statistical analysis. analyze.
Results A total of 118 journal articles that met the criteria were included. Among them, the most used experimental animals were BALB/c mice (43 times, 36.4%) and SD rats (42 times, 35.5%), and the most excitation methods were used. The most frequently used sensitization method was ovalbumin (OVA) sensitization (107 times, 90.6%), and the most frequently detected index was lung histopathology (92 times). , 77.9%), biochemical indexes in serum (49 times, 41.5%), differential cell count in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (42 times, 35.6%), lung tissue immunohistochemistry (40 times, 33.9%) %), biochemical indicators in the supernatant of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (39 times, 33.1%).
Conclusion When establishing an asthma animal model, BALB/C mice or SD rats are used as experimental animals, aerosol sensitization is adopted by means of aerosol excitation, and OVA is used as a sensitizing antigen, which can improve the success rate of the model. It is recommended to select lung Histopathology, biochemical indicators in serum, and cell count in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid can effectively evaluate the tested drugs and provide a basis for better animal experimental research on asthma.
