[Animal Experiment]-The effect of combined action of estrogen and androgen on blood lipid level and coagulation function in hyperlipidemia mice

Objective: To investigate the effect of the combined action of estrogen and androgen on the blood lipid level and coagulation function of hyperlipidemia mice.

Method: After cast cut the mice, a high-fat diet established a hyperlipidemia model, and the mice were divided into five groups by using different hormones. After the model is constructed, blood is drawn from the mice, a part of the mice is separated from the serum to test the blood lipid level, and a part of the mice is separated from the plasma to test the coagulation function.

Results: After the high-fat diet, the serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein levels of the mice were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the prothrombin time and activated partial prothrombin time were significantly shortened (P (u003c) 0.05), the serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein levels of mice were significantly lower than those of the control group, prothrombin time and the combined use of estrogen and androgen activated partial thrombin. The time was significantly prolonged (P \u003c0.05), but there is no significant difference from the control group.

Conclusion: Combination therapy of estrogen and androgen can regulate blood lipids, significantly reduce low-density lipoprotein levels, and regulate blood coagulation. This shows that the combined effect of estrogen and androgens can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and provide new ideas for hormone treatment of coronary heart disease.
