　　Objective: To investigate the relationship between the establishment of tree shrew gallstone model and substance P by feeding tree shrew with high cholesterol diet.

　　Methods: The tree shrew gallstone model was established to detect the expression of SP immunohistochemistry in the digestive tract, and the model group and the control group were compared and analyzed.

　　Results: Compared with the control group, the expression level of SP immunohistochemical in the digestive tract of tree shrew was lower in the model group than in the control group (P<0.05).

　　Conclusion: Cholecystolithiasis in tree shrew is related to the regulation mechanism of hormone secretion in digestive tract.
