[Animal Experiment]-Isolation, culture and identification of bacteria from tree shrew feces

Purpose: To understand the diversity of fecal flora raised by artificial tree shrews, to provide a basis for normal reproduction, standardized bacterial reproduction and microbial quality control.

Method: Randomly collect 10 stool samples, use aerobic and anaerobic media for bacterial isolation and culture, extract bacterial genomic DNA, and PCR amplify 16SRNA gene to identify the sequence.

Result: In this experiment, 25 strains and 12 kinds of bacteria were isolated from rape feces samples by aerobic culture, and 25 strains and 10 kinds of bacteria were isolated by anaerobic culture containing Proteus and Enterococcus. Escherichia coli, Shigella, Staphylococcus, Aeromonas, Larnera, Laurt, Exophytic bacteria, Streptococcus, Cryptococcus

Conclusion: Potato intestinal aerobes and anaerobes are rich in species. Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis may be the main parasitic bacteria in potato intestines.
