Objective To establish a muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase antibody-positive mouse model of myasthenia gravis.
Methods 6-8-week-old eagle-shaped C57BL/6 mice (40 mice) were adapted to feeding for 1 week, and then randomly divided into groups and modeled. On the first day of modeling, immunizing antigens (50 μL per site, containing 12.5 μg murine peptide, CFA complete Freund’s adjuvant) were injected into 4 locations (two hind feet and two shoulders); modeling day 30 and 50 The immunizing antigen was again injected separately at the above 4 locations (two hind feet and two shoulders), and the incidence was scored daily after the 70th day.
Results The success rate of the model was 50%. Score 1 mouse for 1, 3 for 2, 5 for 3, and 1 for 4.
Conclusion The preparation of MuSK-Ab mouse model is feasible, which is helpful for in-depth research on myasthenia gravis.
