【Animal Modeling】-Anesthesia effect of Shutai and Lumianning compound doses on Bama miniature pigs

Objective To study the anesthesia effect of Shutai and Lu Mianning compound anesthesia on Bama miniature pigs, and to preliminarily observe the effect of anesthesia on the physiological indexes of miniature pigs.

Methods 32 miniature pigs in the surgical abdominal operation experiment were subjected to compound anesthesia, intramuscular injection of 2 mg/kg Lumianning and 3.0-7.0 mg/kg of different doses of Shutai was performed on the back of the neck, the anesthesia effect was observed, and the anesthesia induction time, Maintenance time and wake-up time were monitored, and preoperative physiological indicators were monitored.

Results When the dose of sutai was 3.0-3.9 mg/kg, the success rate of induction anesthesia was 50%, and when the dose of 4.0-7.0 mg/kg was 100%; when the dose of sutai was 4.0-7.0 mg/kg, the anesthesia was successful. The higher the drug dose, the shorter the induction anesthesia time and the longer the maintenance time, and the recovery time was not affected.

Conclusions Shutai dose of 5.0-5.9 mg/kg combined with Lumianning 2 mg/kg has a good anesthesia effect on Bama miniature pigs, and all physiological indicators tend to be stable during the operation.
