Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of induced anesthetics Lumianning Ⅱ or ketamine combined with propofol on experimental pigs undergoing the placement of gastric gallbladder stent for bile conservation and lithotomy through the natural lumen endoscopic approach and through the stomach wall.
Methods 16 Bama mini pigs were randomly divided into two groups: group A was anesthetized with Lumianning Ⅱ, and group B was anesthetized with ketamine. Propofol was used to maintain anesthesia during operation. The vital signs, intraoperative conditions, induction anesthesia time, operation time, recovery time and propofol dosage of the two groups of experimental pigs were observed.
Results The anesthesia of the two groups of experimental pigs was smooth, and there was no significant difference in the average heart rate, average respiratory rate, average blood oxygen saturation, average systolic blood pressure and average diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before, during and after operation (P>0.05); The average temperature during operation was significantly lower than that before and after operation (P<0.05). the="" incidence="" of="" mild="" body="" movement="" in="" group="" a="" was="" and="" that="" b="" p="">0.05)。 The average time of anesthesia induction in group A was significantly longer than that in group B (P<0.05); p="">0.05)。
Conclusion Lumianning Ⅱ or ketamine induced combined propofol anesthesia can be safely applied to the placement of gallbladder conserving stents in the stomach and gallbladder of experimental pigs through the natural endoscopic approach and through the stomach wall into the abdomen for removing stones; Among them, the induction time of ketamine is shorter, and there is no convulsion during operation, which can be used for clinical reference.
