[Animal modeling] - Application analysis of chloasma animal model based on data mining

Objective To analyze the application status of animal models of chloasma, and lay a good animal experimental foundation for exploring the theoretical knowledge of chloasma, exploring new therapies, and developing new drugs, so as to improve the scientific, rigorous and safe treatment of chloasma.

Methods With the theme of "chloasma", we searched the experimental research literature on chloasma in CNKI, Wanfang Database and Weipu Database in the time range of "1960-2019, 1990-2019, 1979-2019" respectively. Summarize and analyze the application of animal models and the detection of relevant indicators in the literature.

Results A total of 104 experimental research papers were screened out. The most common model of chloasma was replicated in female KM mice, and the most commonly used method was ultraviolet radiation; The molding time is 30 days, and the shortest time is not less than 7 days; The administration time was mostly 28~31 days. In the measurement of indicators, they can be divided into apparent indicators, biochemical indicators and pathological indicators. The detection of biochemical indicators is mainly focused on the changes of oxidation related factors in skin and serum.

Conclusion At present, the experimental research and theoretical discussion on chloasma are seriously out of balance with the current situation of chloasma, and animal experimental research should be increased; The establishment of compound animal models and animal models with TCM symptoms is an important development direction in the future. In addition, the research on the mechanism of drug action is only limited to the imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation in the body and on the body surface, ignoring the endocrine imbalance and other related factors. With the introduction and in-depth study of the body surface "NEI" network, it may be an important research direction in the future to explore whether the overall and local effects can be exerted by regulating the body and body surface NEI network in the treatment of chloasma, and it is worth further exploring.
