Objective: To study the protective effect of hemorrhoids magnetized ointment on hemorrhoids induced by acetic acid in mice.
Methods: 40 SPF ICR mice were divided into normal group (10 mice) and model group (30 mice). The model group used 20% acetic acid to establish the hemorrhoid model. 24 hours after the model was successfully established, the model group was divided into model group, hemorrhoid magnetized ointment group and Mayinglong Shexiang hemorrhoid ointment group, and the corresponding treatment was carried out. Perianal score was performed 11 days after treatment, and peripheral blood IL-6 and IL-1 were detected with CBA kit β And TNF- α Level, the content of nitric oxide (NO) in peripheral blood was detected with Griess kit, and the pathological changes of rectal tissues were evaluated with hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining.
Results: Compared with the normal group, the perianal score of the model group was significantly higher, the rectal tissue was seriously damaged, and the peripheral blood IL-6 and IL-1 β、 TNF- α And NO levels increased significantly; Compared with the model group, the perianal score of each drug administration group was significantly reduced, the pathological damage of rectal tissue was significantly improved, and the peripheral blood L-6, IL-1 β、 TNF- α And NO levels were significantly inhibited.
Conclusion: Magnetized hemorrhoids ointment has a good therapeutic effect on hemorrhoids in mice, and this therapeutic effect is closely related to regulating the level of body inflammation.
