Objective: By means of tissue transplantation in immunosuppressive rats, to establish a rat model of transplanted uterine leiomyoma, and to provide a new animal model for the study of uterine leiomyoma?
Methods: Two weeks before operation, rats were given immunosuppressant mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) by gavage until the end of the experiment? Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups. According to different hormones supplemented after abdominal transplantation, they were divided into group A (Fenmaton)? Group B (estradiol)? Group C (Dufton)? In group D (control group), samples were taken 4 weeks after operation to observe the morphology and histomorphology of leiomyoma?
Results: The success rate of group A was 90%, that of group B was 40%, and that of group C was 40%? The success rate of modeling in group D is 0?
Conclusion: The rat model of transplanted uterine leiomyoma has high success rate and low cost, which can be used as a new animal model for studying transplanted uterine leiomyoma?
